Croc Shop Commission Terms of ServiceBy purchasing any art from me, you automatically agree to these terms. Repeatedly breaking my TOS, or committing a major violation will lead to you being blacklisted, meaning you will not be able to purchase art from me indefinitely.These terms of service are subject to change at any time and it is the responsibility of the buyer to read, agree to, and follow them.
PaymentI take payment upfront, meaning I will not start your commission until I have received payment. Payment is in USD and will be conducted through Paypal using invoices. Payments are expected in full within 24 hours of invoice arrival, unless otherwise discussed. Payments not made within that time frame will be cancelled.DO NOT SEND PAYMENT THROUGH ANY OTHER METHOD THAN THE SENT PAYPAL INVOICE.
Commission InformationEach commission slot has a maximum of 3 characters per image. You may request a maximum of 2 commission slots per opening.Reference images are REQUIRED. I need a clear image of your character and I will not piece together references to fully understand the design of your character. You are free to provide multiple complete reference sheets. I will not work off of a text based description. However I absolutely encourage descriptions of your character's personality or a specific expression/pose you'd like me to draw.I will not draw NSFW content (explicit or sexual content) at this time. Mild / cartoony gore and tasteful nudity is OK.
Commission Work ProcessNote that I have the right to decline any commission for any reason.Once your commission has been accepted I will begin work on the art to full completion. If you want a sketch preview, you must request that upon ordering the commission. Please note this will slow down the completion process of your commission. If you do not want a sketch preview then I will send you the finished image only.I will do minor fixes (e.g. color changes, small additions) for free upon delivery of commission. You will incur a fee if I need to make major changes or if more than 2 rounds of minor fixes need to be made. Major changes include, but are not limited to:Changing the pose
Changing the expression (e.g. from sad to mad)
Recoloring the image to something different
Adding something that was not present on the ref sheetI reserve the right to refuse to make changes.
RefundsI do not give refunds on completed, finished work. You may only request a refund if work has not been started. At that time, you will receive 100% of the commission price back.
Chargebacks will result in an automatic blacklisting. You will no longer be able to commission me indefinitely.
Usage of CommissionAll artworks I make are usable to me for any reason; I own full copyright to my art. This includes but is not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce or use the image as a sample for sales/self-promotion, unless otherwise agreed upon. If you do not wish for me to share your commission, please inform me during the ordering process. You may not use the commission for commercial profit and cannot be edited or altered in any way.If you wish to upload your commission anywhere online, you must credit me as the artist by linking back to my site(s). Once a commission is completed, you may use it only for personal use including but not limited to: icons, signatures, layouts, wallpapers, themes, and personal site display. Above credit rules still apply. Do not claim my work as your own.

More complex characters will incur an extra fee starting at $7.
Headshots - $21
Unshaded, head only image of character with thick lineart.
Minis- $37
Bold, thick line art with simplified anatomy and look.
Chibis- $47
More detailed than minis, with thinner, clean lines.
Bust- $47
Anatomically accurate and detailed drawing.
